    2) As you open up more to your emotions and start to acknowledge the anxiety you will also appear more open and accepting to other people, and your relationships will start to get better and your interactions will be easier..
    3)I believe as people cure their own anxiety they then start to get in touch with their lifes purpose. This happens because they are opening up to feelings on a level which will eventually lead to a connection with a source of the strength within themselves which guides them to their purpose in life.

    4)Remember that everything in life no matter how upsetting has a purpose and has lessons for you to learn. Curing your anxiety will point you towards your own lesson and it will therefore enrich your life.
